Refund Policy – Unite Technologies Financial Service (InvestEQ)

Unite Technologies Financial Service (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is committed to delivering quality financial research, research services, tools, and digital services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued, and the circumstances under which payments are non-refundable. By completing a payment or subscription with us, you accept and agree to the terms below.
1. Applicability & Scope
This policy applies to all services or products offered by us — including subscriptions/memberships, research reports, research services , educational content, digital tools (scanners/screeners), webinars, and any other digital or consulting services.
All payments made through our official payment methods for these services are subject to this Refund Policy.
2. General Rule – Non-Refundable Services
Incase of pre-mature termination of the RA Services by either the client or the RA, the client shall be entitled to seek refund of Proportionate fees only for unexpired period.
3. Refundable / Exception Cases
Despite the above general rule, refunds may be considered only in certain exceptional situations:
Situation:- Duplicate Payment / Gateway Error
Refund / Adjustment Policy If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical or gateway error, submit proof (transactionreceipts/screenshots). After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Situation:- Service Non-Delivery / Technical Failure (from Our Side)
Refund / Adjustment Policy If we fail to deliver the service you paid for — e.g. subscription activation fails, tool access not granted, or promised content not delivered — and the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund or alternate compensation.
Situation:- Pre-Booking / Reservation Token
Refund / Adjustment Policy (If Applicable) If we accept token-based pre-booking (for e.g. for upcoming membership slots or research services seats) — and only token is paid (not full subscription) — refund of token amount will be allowed only if refund request is made within 7 days from payment. After that, token becomes non-refundable.
⚠️ Except in above defined exception cases, all sales are final. Change of mind, dissatisfaction with content/strategy, non-use of services, or market losses are not valid grounds for refund.
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Exception Cases:

Required details:
- Your registered name + email/number
- Transaction ID, receipt or screenshot
- Date & mode of payment
- Clear reason for refund request (e.g. duplicate payment, non-delivery, technical issue)
Our team will review the request. If approved, refund will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation & No Partial-Use Refunds
No refund or partial refund will be provided for partially used or partially consumed subscriptions/services.
Cancellation request after service activation does not entitle you to any refund.
Users are advised to review subscription terms and service details carefully before making payment.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments
If payment was made without your authorization, or via a third-party/unauthorized channel, contact your bank/payment provider immediately.
Also inform us immediately with proof. Refund or reversal will be considered only after successful verification and investigation.
7. Chargebacks & Abuse of Refund Policy
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team or without valid reason may lead to suspension or termination of service/account.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in case of suspected misuse or abuse.
8. Policy Updates
We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time, to reflect changes in service offerings or regulatory requirements.
Updated version will be published on our website with revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after the update means you accept the new terms.
